Weird Seam at Heel
There is a really weird horizontal seam at the heel area that made these completely unwearable and super uncomfortable immediately out of the box. Extremely disappointed. Quality seemed reasonable enough. Ordered my normal size and they fit. Make sure you’re aware this is a direct ship from the brand rather than through Nordstrom so it cannot be returned to a Rack and must be either brought back to the flagship store or return through FedEx. Based on the weird heel seam, I would not recommend these. I suppose you could try mole skin, but since these were a direct ship, I don’t believe the normal Nordstrom return policy applies.
