Item has fold marks.
The Merlot leather is stiff (not soft or pliable). It arrived FOLDED in a box and even after hanging for 3 weeks the fold marks are still there. Normally I wear an 18W. According to the size chart I ordered a 24. It's actually the correct fit. I'm conflicted about this item. Should I return it or not? Undecided.
