uncanny valley bag
It’s not big enough but also not small enough to be useful. The quality was nice but lacked in function.

Chipped Hardware
While I love the design, the quality control was lacking on this item. My bag arrived with chipped hardware and black scuffs. Customer service was unable to facilitate an exchange, leaving a return as my only option. Sad it didn't work out.
