What it does: Crafted from the brand's legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden-brown, crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron.
Additional features: The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.
