SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased these burgundy boots shoes via Nordstrom and received incorrect shoes. I returned it and didn’t think much of it. Then I decided to order the same pair directly from Prologue and again got an incorrect pair of shoes and not even the same shoes from the first mistake. When I reached out to them they offered me an alternative pair of shoes, not the ones I ordered, for a $35 shipping fee at my expense, or a partial refund minus a restocking fee. SCAM!
