Great product/poor service

This is a beautiful $4400 bag. It took a week to receive it....should have shipped 2nd Day Air at this price point. It had obviously been purchased and returned.....the little envelope with the enclosed tag was torn, the pouch damaged and definitely looked returned to Nordstrom. I am a loyal Icon Client and this is my first review EVER. Saks, and BG would have definitely expedited shipping at their cost and checked the bag first. I love it and will keep it, but overall the service was poor and the bag was not pristine.

Love love love

So glad i got this size. I can fit EVERYthing in here. When i travel I even fit a pair of booties along with all of my other regular purse stuff and the bag wasn’t too heavy. The strap is surprisingly soft and comfortable no matter how full the bag is. I get constant compliments when people see me wear this bag.
