Neck of the hoodie is not cut big enough
Bought two hoodies for my son who wears 3T; when I tried to put them on him they wouldn’t fit over his head as if they forgot to cut the neck of the hoodie. We had to cut the neck to get the hoodie to go over his head, and the rest of the hoodie was huge
