Doesn't was well
This coat seemed great at first and then we realized it showed stains very easily. After the first was (according to instructions) it lost a lot of its warmth. Disappointed in the quality.

Never had an issue with North Face before but when I washed this coat because my 3 year old spilled apple juice on it , the sleeves “deflated” and all the fluff is in clumps around the jacket. I followed the washing instructions so I’m confused on how this happened. Hopefully the coat still keeps my child warm

Never again
The jacket is used every day, normal wear and tear, but the material gets dirty so easily and is hard to wash. I'm shocked-so many positive reviews, but I would never recommend buying this jacket.
