Never had an issue with North Face before but when I washed this coat because my 3 year old spilled apple juice on it , the sleeves “deflated” and all the fluff is in clumps around the jacket. I followed the washing instructions so I’m confused on how this happened. Hopefully the coat still keeps my child warm

Washes poorly!

I’ve had this coat for a few months. Finally washed it for my toddler. All the fleece lining clumped together. Now she can’t wear it because certain parts don’t have insulation. This is supposed to be a quality coat but her one from Target holds up better. I’m disappointed. Do not purchase this coat!
