Piper Skinny Ankle Pants

So bummed about these. I bought the white in my usual size and they're really tight and also totally see through. I was hoping to wear these to work but as there is no waistband I can't- they're leggings. I could see my nude thong right through them. They have no pockets, the material is scratchy, just really not at all what I would expect for the price. I'm giving them two stars because the cut on the leg is very flattering. Everything else is a miss.
