Useful + pretty feel finished, day or evening
Though it is a mixed fabric does contain some cashmere. Soft, with shirt under it. Not hot. Not too thin, but not thick and fluffy. I Llike the extended length. It's long enough on a petite to look dramatic, not dated! Gorgeous muted medium blue, it's not dark navy.
