Satin Shell Top

This Nordstrom Satin V-Neck Shell Top is made of a lovely, soft and silky fabric. It drapes beautifully, but unfortunately it has an odd fit. I’m 5’4” 140lbs. 35B so according to the size guide, I ordered a Medium. While the chest and waist portion of the garment fit nicely, the length was too long for my torso. The bottom hem hit the top of my thigh almost like a micro mini dress. To look more proportionate, the garment should be 4-5 inches shorter. I’m not sure how the size Small will fit. It’s still in transit. If I do decide to keep the size Medium, it would have to be shortened.

Love the fit, style, and snaps that hold the shoulder and bra strap together. But this base layer wrinkles very easily, even when sitting carefully. Seat belt? Suitcase? Don’t waste your time.

It's a beautiful blouse and the color is amazing. Unfortunately, as soon as you put it on, it starts to wrinkle. Just 10 minutes with the blouse on, and it was full of wrinkles (front and back)

The shirt is very pretty and is made of nice satin and viscose. But, unfortunately, for my large busted woman out there who did order this , I had to squeeze my bust into the shirt. I am 5 feet tall and 120 pounds normally I fit into small size shirts, for this shirt, though it fits very tightly around the bust but loose on the stomach.
