Hunter Plaid Button-Up Shirt

I didn't want too love it especially for $188 BUT it is beautiful. You cant tell from this picture but there is a tiny gold thread that goes through the top that gives it that little something extra. The burgundy is vibrant and it is very soft. Yes, you do need it......sorry!

I’m usually an XS in Rails which in this newest color, Birch Hickory, fit but the shirt was really short. The S was a better fit in length. Something to keep in mind in this particular style and color.

This shirt is mislabeled on the Nordstrom website as the Rails Hunter shirt, but it’s their Malin shirt which is cropped. The correct shirt is shown in the pictures so I knew what I was getting. It’s very soft and lays so well. The crop gives it a feminine look that I never really feel like I get with normal plaid shirts (on me!). Since it’s 100% rayon I’m not sure how well it will hold up after a few hand washes so it may be my last Rails purchase but for now, I’m really happy with it. I find it true to size. I’m normally a S in tops and a 6-8 in bottoms and the S fits really well.

Buttery soft and drapes very well, very relaxed look but also looks not too baggy. I went up 2 sizes to have the relaxed look and because the chest is a bit tight.

PLEASE restock the Hunter shirt in Chestnut Birch Navy!!! It’s the most beautiful shirt of the line, and I’ve ordered it twice and twice had my order cancelled. I own another color way in this shirt and it’s so soft and comfortable while still being chic. We need that restock!

I’m a big fan of Rails shirts and have purchased many. I love each and every one, and this one surely did not disappoint. I love the colors; great for the holiday season. Rails is quality; can’t go wrong!
