The carmen dress
The dress is beautiful and I'm absolutely in love! But a fair warning to read the inches on the size guide, I am typically a Xs or S(2-4) and a 34B in US size but I had to order a medium regular in this dress.

Oddly made
The bodice of this dress is so beautifully made, and I love the thick, crisp fabric. It’s a shame that the design is so poor. The size small fit my waist (29inch waist…usually not a size small) but I had a solid 6 inches at the top that wouldn’t close. I sized up to the medium plus cup and it was now too big on my waist, but still 6 inches at the top that wouldn’t close. The cups are bizarrely designed. If you have any movement it’s not going to fit correctly or securely. I’d suggest they make the corset lacing in the back functional to allow for my variance in size where people need it more and that they hide a shelf bra in the front to provide support.

so pretty but the top is tricky
Sadly returning this. The material and quality is gorgeous. I am smaller Chested and was hoping this dress would let the girls sit nicely but there is no lift in the bustier top so they just look like two strange pancakes poking out. I can’t even explain it!

Incredible dress RUINED by horrible bust
I am a 34D/36C and all of the commenters saying this is a dress for the bigger-busted ladies are off their rocker. This bust has no support, is strangely low-positioned, and made my bust look the ugliest it has literally ever looked, EVER. It just flops forward and looks like a weird floppy pancake due to the under-bust corsetry—and I’m someone who everyone always says has really perky boobs! I am so, so sad the bust is so bad because the rest of the dress is gorgeous and fulfills all my dreams.

Inconsistent Sizing
This dress is beautiful and the quality is amazing, but the sizing is not as expected. I usually wear a size 4/small, but I was not able to get the size small in this dress past my ribcage. The small may fit if you are a size 0-2 (US). I tried to size up, and the medium felt unusually large (more of a size 8 than a 6). Really wished I could make it work!

It takes commitment
As other reviewers mentioned the top is tricky. I got an XL and have DD breasts which worked really nicely in this dress. I believe being busty helped the fit, but also, it require that I used breast tape to feel secure. Overall it is a beautiful dress. I really like it.

Cute in theory, best for someone with larger bust
It was more yellow than I expected. The top also fit odd—there was a lot of extra fabric that would fill out nicely with a larger bust (I’m ~B cup). The corset part feels great and the strings on the back allow you to further tighten for even more of a snatched look, but the top is so strange I’m returning. Also, the straps don’t adjust, so I can see this being problematic for someone’s shoulders. Fabric felt okay, had a good weight and was also light and airy. Wish this worked out!
