It might have been wonderful...
I love the light weight of it, but that's about it. This vest is way too long and, without a double up-down zipper that would relieve the tightness at the hips when seated, it's just uncomfortable as hell. I love the roomy zippered outer chest pocket, but when you put both cell phone and wallet in there (which seems safer than a side pocket to me), the jacket hangs weirdly lopsided. An inside pocket on the opposite side would have been really nice.

Perfect Color for me
The color is just what I was looking for and compliments both greens and blues. I bought it based on color as I have another down vest from Patagonia that is more a bight turquiose and wanted something a bit more subtle. Both are good - the collar on this stands a bit higher, the Patagonia has 90% goose down, this has 85%Duck down and 15% duckfeathers. This does have a nice chest pocket tho.
