Aries Skeleton Dial Bracelet Watch

I purchased this watch from the online app and received the first watch. Watch is gorgeous but the links need to be removed to fit my arm correctly. I went into store and was treated as if I stole the watch and I was told that since it was not purchased there in store I could not get links removed because the brand is not carried in their store but online. He did not offer to remove them for a fee either but instead directed me to some other store in the mall. I’ll just figure something else out. Upsetting that this service cannot be conducted without buying from the store even if you purchased on the store’s app. Love Nordstrom but that was not the service I usually get from the store.
