received a broken product
Nordstrom sent a watch that had a ripped strap and it didn’t include any tags. Did they even inspect it before they threw it in a box and shipped it? Movado— after you canceled my order direct through your site, I’m glad I ordered from Nordstrom so I could at least return it with ease. Shame on you for poor quality— this was my first experience with the brand, and if it breaks in a display case in a retail store, how well will it actually wear on a wrist for $1000?
The “gray” band also has more blue undertones in it than it appears in the photos. Lesson learned— buy watches in person. A higher price tag doesn’t mean best quality.
