Damaged

Very disappointed in Nordstrom. Ordered and once we got home and unboxed it realized the liner had been cut out! Coat must have been previously bought and returned. Extremely disappointed that Nordstrom didn’t catch this damage before putting it back in stock. Had to order from another retailer and delay gift another week.
