Diamond missing
These earrings are so cute and dainty but one diamond fell out hours after wearing them. Since they didn’t ship from Nordstrom, I had to file a claim and wait for it to be approved in order to return them.

Would have expected all of the diamonds...
The earrings arrived on time, however, one of the diamonds was missing from one of the earrings. It was not loose in the package, as far as I could see. Frustrated that Nordstrom required me just to return the earrings and would not automatically send a replacement. I had to start a new transaction, which kind of ruined the birthday present I had planned for my wife.
