Item never arrived and no help has been provided!
I have ordered this ring on the 18th of this month and it is currently the 28th. The delivery date was scheduled for Monday the 26th and when I first made a call to customer service because the tracking information wouldn’t update anymore. The Nordstrom website still currently displays Monday the 26th as the delivery date. They went on to tell me that the item was scheduled now for the 28th and I would need to continue to wait and no tracking information would be provided anymore. Now it’s the 28th and just spoke with customer service again since the item did not arrive and no tracking information had been provided and I was told now that my delivery date is changed for tomorrow and if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow I would need to wait 3 more days for the order. As of right now the ring is cute but all these issues with just getting this item is stressing me out and this was a gift to myself and I’m just stressed out just trying to locate my order with little to no help from Nordstrom or USPS. So beware the ring is cute but getting it to you would just stress out the hype of jewelry and make you rethink even buying it anymore.
