Cute tutu but heavy skirt!

This tutu is very cute but the skirt is rather heavy with glitter hearts. The hearts do not seem to shed when washed gently by hand. There is one pink under layer, then two plain tulle layers with the glitter heart layer on top. It is very gathered and full which makes it heavy.
