marketplace item - return a challenge
Gown was fine - issue was that online it said that I could return gown to nordstrom rack store in Milbury mass, but only after I drove to the store was I told that because it was a marketplace item, I had to return it at a different nordstrom store - not really clear why online it says you can return at nordstrom rack store only to be told you can't return marketplace item there once you get there - no where on my receipts does it say my item is "marketplace" item - this issue needs to be fixed - very frustrating as a good customer to go through this ......
