Quella Leather Buckle Sandal

If you do not live near a full-fledged, Nordstrom’s, you cannot return this to a Nordstrom Rack. I live over an hour away from a Nordstrom’s but there’s a Nordstrom Rack within 20 minutes and they could not return it. What’s even more frustrating as Nordstrom’s does not indicate this on their listing. When I filled out the return, they also did not indicate that I could not return it at a Nordstrom’s rack. I just wasted an hour of my time trying to return something that I could not. I now have to pack it up and go to a Fedex. The shoes are cute, but they’re not worth the hassle and exchanging them for the correct size in the event they still don’t work out.
