Forest Green chalcedony beaded necklace

Seree are an NYC line who specialize in jade pieces, but occasionally branch out into other semi-precious stones. This little stunner features vibrant green chalcedony (which pairs strangely well with a pair of dark green jade earrings I have from this same brand) and an easy-peasy T-bar clasp for fast, effortless off and on. I'm not sure where any issues with the clasp come from, as T-bar is about as secure as a lobster claw (and way easier to fasten). At 16", the length is longer than a choker, but short enough to layer with pendants and other beaded necklaces. I'm fond of wearing this with a nameplate necklace for a fun little pop of color and a casual vibe that makes even the simplest little sundress fancier. If you're new to Seree, consider splurging and getting a coordinating pair of earrings; this little line appreciates the support!

It was shorter than I thought it would be. But the closure was so flimsy and it kept falling off. The first time it came off, it got stuck in my hair so I noticed it hanging. I had someone else put it on to make sure it was done correctly. Went to the bathroom later the same evening and it was gone. It fell off again and this time I couldn’t find it.
