What a mess Nordstrom provided 😡
We received the shoes and I shipped them to the grandson without looking. Turns out, they are not the same shoes that the box says they are, they are a different style of the same shoe, and a whole size bigger than it says on its box and from that which I ordered! Talk about a complete fail! And now I have to ask my daughter to return them. Talk about embarrassed and disappointed!!!
