Sizing is way off

As noted, this jacket appears to run small. I had ordered the Large before the advisory note appeared on screen to go up one size. I have since exchanged but went up two sizes. Something clearly went wrong in the manufacturing process of this jacket, as the sizing is way off. While it is a beautiful jacket, it now fits loose in the shoulders and arms, while I'm finally able to zip it up. I am keeping it but really disappointed in the sizing issue. I have ordered online here for years, and the sizes are never usually an issue and I can usually guarantee a good fit ordering my usual size.
