Size up I’m glad I checked reviews first and ordered one full size up and I’m glad I did not only do they run small they also harder to get in there is no stretch the fabric is hard and stiff where the foot goes in so if you have a really wide foot I would not buy these I’m normal a size 8 and ordered a 9
