They Run Big

They are beautiful. But they run big. So I ordered one size smaller size 7. See how they fit! They were delivered very fast but when I opened the box the shoes were not only big but appears to be worn. The next morning, I took them to the store to return them. The clerk accused me for returning the worn shoes. I told her that they were delivered yesterday and I tried them on at home when I got home from work last night. She rolled her eyes and took them. I tried showing her my email indicating the date of delivery. She made me feel terrible. I couldn't believe that Nordstrom would send the worn shoes. Don't they do a quality check before sending the merchandise so no one has to feel this way?
