Runs big - size down
This dress runs large. I am 5'2", 135 and a 4/6. The medium was way too big on me and the small fit perfectly. I would say size down unless you are bigger in the chest because that area is fitted with a little stretch. Super cute dress and I can't wait to wear!

Cute & Comfy Warm Weather Dress
I bought the white and really like it -- then ordered the green one. Both very nice quality but the green medium was a little smaller than the white one. And the hemss were different. The white one is high/low, the green one, more like a regular hem. I sew and hemming is an easy fix. The white looked cute if you like H/L but I'm not a big fan so I evened it up. If the black had been available, I'd have bought it. I think it said to hand wash but I washed them both on delicate. No problem. I'm 5'3", 125 lbs. and a 36B or C.
