Strap broke the first time I tried to put them on
Heel strap broke the first time I tried to put them on, and since I hadn’t pulled yet, but just put my finger in the loop, I returned them. I knew they’d be a tight fit with my high instep and arch, so I’d be pulling on that strap a lot.

Attractive but not sturdy
While I like these boots they provide no support. Because of hypermobility I am supposed to wear more supportive footwear and these are exactly wrong for that. Nonetheless, they are easy on and off so I wear them to yoga or quick errands. They are warm enough and waterproof.

Casual winter boots
I was disappointed they weren't leather uppers and they look a little cheap. They are really comfortable and casual and I can wear them inside all day at work so I decided to keep them.

Slipped in these boots
I slipped twice in these boots. The treads are awful. They’re also so lightweight. I feel unsteady in them. I will never buy from this company again. Worst snow boots ever purchased.
