didn't received the item

I know the busy holiday, orders might get delayed it was indicated here that the two ELLE bags were delivered but we didnt see the item or received it the other items we were able to received it on the 12/08/2025. I waited and did not send you any messages yet, thinking it might get delayed or what due to the busy holiday but it is already the 12 /26, I kept on checking our mail box or front door which the delivery man usually drops off our packages. Until now I did not receive this Item.
