Quality Control is slipping at Nordstrom
This rating is only because I did not receive the item I ordered. I received in the box a pair of crocs! This is totally unacceptable. Imagine if I tried to return the item at the store…they would have looked at me like I was crazy. Thankfully, when I called customer service and explained what I received in the mail she was very helpful in making the required exchange. This is the second time I have received something completely different from what I ordered. I also previously received an item without any tags. I don’t know what has happened in the last year to the quality control at Nordstrom. It makes me hesitant to order items in the future, although I must say I haven’t had a problem returning the items in the end I did receive the correct item and they are a nice pair of boots.
