Big shoulder pad energy
I wanted to love this blouse, I really did. Great color, good fit/true to size, cool asymmetrical scarf to tie. But the puff sleeve shoulders are really constructed to PUFF with a starchy, hard inset that gave them a life of their own. This gave the blouse added shoulder width, and made me feel like a linebacker.
