sinclair over Jadon any day
I love how the boot shaft to the sinclairs are shorter than typical docs. These are much more comfortable than my Jadons as well. Zipper detail is removable, I thought I wouldn’t wear the zipper as much as I do now! Adds a twist and I get so many compliments. I’m a 6.5 and always get a 6 in docs. Great fit even with a thick sock under. Size 5 is way too tight on me.

Nordstrom do better
Said it was suppose to arrive at the store a specific day and it didn't. Don't put an arrival date if it's not accurate, nothing but horrible service at nordstrom. Not the first time I have an issue with you guys, last time I ordered some boots and you guys gave me 2 right foot boots. You guys did absolutely nothing about it just a "sorry". The other time I order boots from you guys you guys tried to sell me USED boots that weren't even in their original box. All these issues from the same shoe company Dr. Martens. Don't buy your Dr. Martens from here!😒

Super glad I purchased these before they sold out! Thank you Nordstrom!!!! My new favorite boots I own. Did a side by side photo comparison with both styles, and I loved the zipper so keeping them! Size a half size down. I bought an 8, and I’m true size 8.5

Love, love, LOVE!
I have the 1460’s in black patent leather and love them! So…I was nervous about purchasing because of the platform and reviews saying how heavy they are. Oh WOW-SUPER comfortable with the pebbled leather! I wore them laced up the 1st time to a show in Vegas which meant a TON of walking! They are a little narrow in the toe box but I LOVE them! I wore them with thick socks the 1st time out just to be careful. I’m a standard 8.5 & 39, got them in an 8 & perfect fit! Love, love, LOVE!

Favorite Pair of Docs
The boots are true to size, so I wouldn’t size down unless you’re in between sizes, especially if you have wider feet. I’m a true women’s 10 (EU 42) and the boots fit perfectly.
The leather is SO SOFT—especially compared to smooth leather or the patent leather. They’re very flexible and I haven’t really needed to break them in. They’re comfortable right out of the box.
The zippers are removable, which I was very excited about. You’re really getting 2 very different styles.
I would definitely purchase these again :)

Love them
I have the black Jadons and loved them so much I decided I needed a pair of white Platform boots. These are just different enough from my Jadons. The leather is soft and they do run a little bigger. I’m not going to size down though. I added some insoles and they fit perfect now.
