Petite Infinity Twisted Ring with Pavé Diamonds in Sterling Silver

My wife said she liked how it was copper and silver mix when she opened it for Christmas? I was confused and when i looked at the ring it was burnt all the way around and not finished. I have to take it back to Nordstroms after the New Year to let rhem look at it. I removed the price tag on the ring and now it cant be returned apparently is what my wife said. Dowsnt look like the image on the website at all. She loves David Yurman but this piece failed. I have bought her close to 10 pieces of jewelry from Nordstroms. QA failed horribly with this one.

I ordered this ring from Nordstrom after I saw my sister’s. My ring looked different when I opened it, but all I had to do was clean it with the included cloth. I also used a jewelry cleaner pen I got at a jeweler. Shined right up, super sparkly. I think the issues folks are having are related to tarnish, my other DY pieces need to be cleaned fairly regularly, especially if they haven’t been worn much. Love this piece and how it coordinates with my others.
