GT Sneaker (Women)

As a rabid fan of both Veja and the minimalist sneaker craze I couldn't be any happier with my new GT's. They are so cute and adorable and wonderfully comfortable... and perfect for my trip to London. The white (or off-white actually) compliments all of my dresses and rompers I will be wearing these with. As for sizing, I think they run large. They fit the same as my Veja Esplar sneakers...meaning that I normally wear size 7 (which in Veja is size 38 using the size chart) but in these I ordered both the 37 (size 6) and size 38 (size 7)....and the size 37 fits like a glove with thin no-show socks.

I wanted to love these. Really. I’ve tried two different sizes, based on the reviews. I sized down originally, and I couldn’t get them past my toes. Then I tried my normal size. They feel very tight in both the width, and length. I’m going to have to go a full size up to be able to comfortably wear these. However, that’s only if they come back in stock So disappointed……

These shoes are cute and in line with the new, sleek athleisure shoe style, but two things. The taupe pierre color is more on the green side of taupe, not beige like the picture. They are still neutral enough that I think will go with most things, but not as neutral as a beige taupe. Also, they run small. I am usually a 36 (size 6 US). The sizing chart does say that the 36 is a size 5 US equivalent here, but having always purchased size 36, I stuck with it. Too small. Definitely follow the size chart included. I returned for a 37.
