These shoes are both stunning and comfortable. It is not an easy combo to find both for dressy shoes. They are a unicorn shoe if the style works with your wardrobe. They are definitely overpriced especially since they have already had a couple of price increases since they were released. For Prada, these run large. The Prada website has the actual shoe length for each size. I am a professionally measured size USA 7 medium (37.5 Italy, 38 fr). My toes are slightly short, but from ball of foot to heel and with instep, I am a 7 although I sometimes must size down to 6.5. My foot length is 23.5 cm/9.25". I wear 37 in Birkenstock & 7 in Tory Burch. I purchased these in a 36.5 and they just fit my foot with 1/8" to spare by big toe. I could get away with 37 but it had about 1/4" room up front beyond my big toe and 1/8" extra length in back.
