I tried on a bunch of designer shoes at Nordstrom and these were the most comfortable and soft. They have cushion for your feet and are not too high. I wanted something simple and comfortable and these were the best made. The quality just felt nicer. Some shoes i tried on were so hard and uncomfortable!! I also have a wider foot. I normally wear a 8.5 but ordered a 9. I find most designer shoes are very narrow. I don’t ever buy wide shoes but if the shoes come narrow then it doesn’t work. When you pay over $1000 for a pair of shoes I need to know its quality.

I tried this on at the store. It was so comfortable, but they didn't have a new pair in stock. So, I ended up ordering it online. When it arrived, I was so disappointed that it looked like someone had returned these shoes. The tissue packaging was all wrinkled, scratches all around, dirt on the flat-form, and straps looked beat up. I called customer service right away and I was given the option to mail or go to any Nordstrom store to return it. I went to Nordstrom's Brea and to my surprise, the manager did not want to accept the return, because he said it's not in a perfect condition. Well, yes indeed! That's why I was there to return it. I received a used pair of a very expensive shoes. Fortunately, I returned it the day after I received it in the mail. I couldn't have worn it overnight to look like that. Going back and forth with questions and answers, I was successful the manager accepted my return. This is the first time I've experienced this awful situation. I will attempt to order it again and I'm hoping Nordstrom will send me a new pair. Lessons learned... I will video record my unboxing as proof, in case I get another used pair.

I love love love these shoes but please size up. I had a feeling they would be tight, but decided to roll the dice on them because I needed heels for graduation. It was definitely tighter at the toes. Overall, super comfortable and easy to walk in. I wish these came in gold too!!

I bought these Prada sandals in a soft pink as soon as I tried them on. Although they are expensive, the very soft leather makes the shoe extremely comfortable. Simply put, these shoes are flawlessly made, flattering and stylish. They will never go out of style as nothing about them is "excessive" and they will go with virtually everything in my closet.

So good I purchased in black and the bone color. I’d buy in every life time!! So perfect! Buy them!
