Logo Loafer Mule

Saw the shoe in my local store and loved it but my size was not available. The salesperson was extremely helpful in ordering for home delivery. The mule came, tossed in a box/not neatly packaged, scuffed, no shoe bags, and I was charged a higher price vs. what was on the floor display at the store. The delivery surprise part was included in the shoe box. There was a note card, on Nordstrom stock, from the prior purchaser noting everything I was thinking. This was a return. For that price point, it needs to be pristine with the packaging one would expect from a shoe at that price point and definitely not more expensive than the store display.
