horrible shipping

They shipped my shoes by putting the shoe box in a plastic envelope so by the time I got the shoes the box was completely smashed. I called customer service and they said they have been getting a ton of these complaints especially about the riverside warehouse that is shipping these items. Never used to have these problems with Nordstrom but this is the 3rd pair of sneakers they’ve shipped this way. Anyone with common sense knows that you put the shoe box inside a a cardboard shipping box so the original shoe box isn’t damaged when the customer receives it.

Gender Inclusive??????

hahaha. very funny. nordstrom says gender inclusive. okay sure, they're gender inclusive IF a woman wears a big enough size that fir men. nordstrom does this w many other brands too. it's ridiculous.
