I am 5’5 ". The pants are extremely long. The pattern at the bottom of the pants prevents any alterations to the length of the pants.

Way too long!
Nice quality pants with good fit for a 5’10 model, not me (5’4). They can’t be altered because of knit material and detail on the bottom.
