Como Penny Loafer

Thank you for writing a review for Como Penny Loafer. We are sorry to hear the shoes did not fit as expected and value your feedback. We would like to mention this item is based off Italian design so the construction is slightly different then our typical shoemaking techniques. With the shoemaking technique used for this design the uppers are fully wrapped around the foot, creating a glove-like fit and it also requires less layers of material. This is most likely the reason for the difference in the fit. Please know that we do take your feedback seriously and have conveyed your concerns to the appropriate party in hopes that we can improve. We appreciate you reaching out, and hope you'll give us another chance.
