Comfortable shoes

This is my first pair of On shoes and I really like this pair. They work great for running and working out at the gym. I am a true size 9 and that is the size I purchased and they fit great. I also have narrow feet so am glad that this brand fits. Totally recommend!

Good fitz Terrible Quality.

I was so happy with these shoes, they were comfortable and the fit was great. HOWEVER, the quality is terrible. The outsole (bottom of shoe) immediately started coming off. I wore it five times and I guess the glue they’re using isn’t strong enough but I wasn’t doing anything too intense that would lead to it falling apart. This was my first pair of on cloud’s and my last.

Rubbed ankle bones + thin ties

I tried 6 different styles of ON sneakers at once. I have wide feet and need space in the toe box because of Morton’s Neuroma. I also have extremely high arches. So, these were difficult for me to get on. I had to use the pull tab at the heel to get them on. By the time I crammed my feet in the shoes, my socks were pulling my toes under. The width was accurate for me (ordered a 10W). When walking around, the shoe rubbed up under my ankle bones, which was a definite no go for me. In addition, the shoe strings were thin and didn’t feel like they would hold over time. None of the other 5 pairs had thin shoe strings like this. All of these issues made it clear that these weren’t the sneakers for me.

NOT the same colors as advertised

The most upset I’ve ever been buying shoes online. Advertised is a light pink and red. I got a light purple and mulberry. The photos in the advertisement are so enhanced they completely changed the colors. It’s insane. I was convinced they sent the wrong shoes until I looked on a different website and realized they were indeed the right shoes and other pictures (not enhanced) accurately described them.

Why do people go nuts over these sneakers?

My apologies, YouTube "influencers," but these shoes are rather underwhelming—at best. I anticipated they would be comfortable and soft, resembling a 'cloud,' but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They are no better than what you could find at DSW. Seriously. Additionally, my right shoe felt "off"; as I walked, it seemed to pull my foot to the left, and I could tell that the rubbing would soon become a problem. That said. You guessed it. Returned.
