Claire Mary Jane Flat

Based on the reviews I ordered a size bigger however they are still small. I would have to order 2 sizes bigger. Extremely disappointed not only on the sizing but the quality doesn’t justify the high end price.

I love this brand and I have a pair in a different style and I’m a 38. I ordered these in both a 38 and 39 and the 39 was too small and they felt tight where the straps are even at the last hole. I ordered a 40 so hopefully they work

If you’re writing a review, here’s a polished version: These shoes run about two sizes small and are very narrow. I’m normally a EU 36.5. I watched another woman who usually wears a EU 38 try on a size 38, and she couldn’t even get her foot into it. Based on the fit, she probably needed a size 40. Seeing that, I initially ordered a size 38, thinking it would work, but I also ordered a 39 and 40 just in case. The size 38 was much too small, and I ended up keeping the size 39. If you’re considering these shoes, I’d recommend sizing up, regardless if you have a average or wide foot!

My first pair of red shoes and I love them. I listened to the other reviews and went up a size… Normally wear a size 8, got the size 9 and they fit perfect and they’re cushy and comfortable. I don’t have a narrow foot and these fit great … Bought the double strap shoe .. definitely recommend!!

So small. The size guide gives 8=38 which is already incorrect it should be 39. Therefor if it runs a size too small, then as an 8 (38) technically I should be a 10(40) since my true to fit size is a 39 (true 8 not 9) so very sad that I just trusted an 8 would be an 8 and now my true size is sold out and I have to return! :(
