Cartmel Check Sleeveless Maxi Dress

This is SUCH a cute dress and I know I’ll get so much wear out of it. I got a US size 8 and it fits me perfectly. For reference, I’m a pear shape, my waist is 29in and bust is 36in. I’m also 5’1 and the dress is grazing the floor so keep that in mind if you’re shorter than me. Overall, I think it looks exactly like the photos. It’s very light in material and I think it will be really comfortable to wear on hot summer days. ◡̈

Terrible quality and fabric not accurately pictured on website. The material feels really cheap and itchy and while it's supposed to be brown/black/cream the dress has lines on neon yellow and blue thread stripes throughout the fabric (what the heck?!?!) the straps will not lie flat due to poor design (they are place weirdly far on the dress design) and there is strange sewing around the bust that makes the pattern look strange around the boob area. The zipper snagged on the first zip, and judging by the quality I doubt it'll last a summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So pretty I got a size up since I wasn’t too sure because of the mix reviews and since I’m 6 months pregnant I figured sizing up is the way to go it’s fitted from top but loose from the skirt part just like the picture. There is no stretch in the front but the back has a tiny bit of stretch it also comes with a zipper on the side that I didn’t notice till later lol I usually get a size 6 in dresses but got a size 8 and it barley fits the straps do feel like they want to fall but over all I love it and I know the dress would look even prettier when I go back to my pre baby body lol I was going to wait till I was ready to post these pictures but oh well :) oh also I am 5’0-5’1 and it wants to touch the floor and I’m sure if once I give birth I will have to adjust the bottom so I’m not dragging the dress (I weigh 159 6 months pregnant )
