Beautiful and classy
This is the most beautiful bag I’ve ever owned! It will be my go to bag! I had been looking for the right Burberry for a long time until I found this. Oh and the fact that it’s a crossbody that’s even a plus. Thank you Nordstrom I’ll rock this for a very long time!:)

Sadly Disappointed
I have loved Burberry since I could remember and this bag is a major let down, I own $20 bags that have lasted longer than this bag. I thought it was the perfect bag, agudtable, removable strap, great for day and a night out BUT the closure snapped right off. Pictured are the closure snaps that were clearly just glued on... just not worthy of the luxury/designer label I owned the bag for 5months and thankfully I was able to return it.

I love Burberry!
I love this handbag. The right size. Not too small or large. I would have rather had a leather strap instead of the woven so I can wear it for any occasion. The words Burberry are also very large going up and down the strap. I prefer being subtle with displaying brand names. I returned it once because of the above and then purchased it again. I still love it!

metal discoloration
It’s a great bag but the metal on the bag is discoloring quite fast. I got it in April 2022 for an everyday bag and it’s July and the metal on it is already discoloring.

Firsrt Burberry bag a bust
I purchased this bag and the entire snap mechanism in the front of the bag came apart. Stunning case of poor workmanship. Nordstrom replaced it and we will see if the same thing happens. Cant recommend due to craftsmanship.
