Beautiful Bag

The bag is beautiful and deserves 5 stars. The way it was packaged for shipping was very disappointing and deserves 1 star. It came in a plastic bag stuck in a shipping box and the dust bag was crammed inside the crossbody bag. It looked like it came from a discount store. I expect better than this when purchasing a designer bag and certainly better from Nordstrom's shipping department. I am returning it because of the way it was packaged,

Shame on You Nordstrom

I am disgusted with how this purchase arrived, the Costa Mesa CA store sent this in a flimsy plastic bag... No garment bag or box. This is not ok for a $2000 handbag. This isnt a Target knockoff, its the real thing. Immediate return. Losing faith in quality purchasing at Nordstrom. Better to go direct to the brand.

Nice, classic, but....

Purse was delivered without a dustbag, I called customer service and they told me they could send me an unbranded dustbag. For the price of this item, I want the Chloe dustbag please. Common Nordstrom, where's your quality control when shipping?? Item will be returned.

Beautiful Leather Bag, but...

This bag has several things going for it: the beautiful color, durable pebble grain leather, and great styling. However, the opening into the bag is too small to allow for a wallet to pass through and the interior space is smaller that you would expect from a bag this size. Sadly, I am returning it.

LOVE IT!

I love this updated version of the CHLOE Marcie Crossbody. The original version is soft leather on the base of the bag and after a while it just looks sloppy and cheap. This version is a structured bag and it will keep its shape and look better longer. I got it in Woodrose, and it is beautiful.

I am in love!

I have to reading the reviews. I was nervous about buying this bag, but I have to admit I am very very very happy with this purchase. The bag is beautiful. It’s a great size. The color is gorgeous. Can be worn all year round. And the best part is that it came with the tags and the dust bag.!!!
