Great multisport layer
I bought this top for a recent hiking trek and was happy I did. Looking forward to wearing it as we transition into cooler days and possibly as a layer during ski season, too!

Impossible to Contact and get a response
Very poor communication. Says easy to return and exchange, but literally impossible to get a response and information about how to return. No phone communication--there is a phone number but does not connect. Email only gets a bot/AI. Impossible to get an answer for return/exchange. Returns site does not work. very POOR SERVICE! Totally disappointed.

Super cute but RUNS LARGE
This jacket is adorable, BUT do not listen to the reviews that suggest it runs small! I measured to be sure, and because I'm sort of in between, and so many reviews said this runs small, I opted to order up in size. BAD MOVE. Now I'm stuck ordering another size down since I bought this under a final sale. IDK what these other people are wearing under this jacket that makes it feel tight to them, because this thing is ROOMY in the mid section. The whole point for me with this type of jacket is to wear fewer layers when it is cold on the trails and still be comfortable. This would be bulky. So if anyone needs an XS in the Jam/Fig color, hit me up! lol

Awesome
The jacket is lightweight and well fitting, easy to pack and I Am taking it to my coming up trip , I like how the material handles from just hiking to climbing mountains… I am very happy with it
