so pretty, but too big on me
The navy color and shape of this coat is so pretty. It looks a lot like the j crew lady day coat I’ve had for almost 8yrs. I love everything about it, but it doesn’t fit me. It’s too big in the shoulders and I don’t think there’s a smaller option.

Received covered in pet and human hairs
I wanted to like this coat and looked forward to receiving it to wear for my birthday dinner. To my dismay it arrived covered in pet and animal hairs although the tags were still attached on the inside of the coat. It looked extremely worn and dirty. Will be returning asap. Sale items doesn’t necessarily translate to receiving a used or faulty item.

Disappointed and Did not Work
I wanted to love his coat by it didn’t work out for me. Why does a sale item equate to a malformed or defective product?!?! Both of the sizes I ordered were stained! Not up to the Nordstrom standards. Also this coat runs big and not petite friendly in the sleeve length. The medium was too large and just hung on my 5’3 frame. It the small was available I might have ordered it if I didn’t think it would arrive with stains since it’s on sale. I was so excited but ended up completely disappointed.
