First time trying
I purchased this in the taupe. I love the easy quick application and it does well on mature eyes. Taupe is not the color I would have named this color though. I would describe it as a warm caramel brown with orange in it. I did apply quite a bit. So far very good. Went on quickly and stayed put. Will be purchasing more.

Returning. Moonstone is not at all what I was expecting. The base color doesn’t glide on smoothly and skips. Glitter is too chunky. Fallout caused eye irritation.

Goes in smooth and flawless
Great eyeshadow!!! I love the easiness of applying this eye shadow, HOWEVER, it breaks off in the tube about half way through the usage of the eye shadow. This has happened to me several times and I have had to return the eyeshadow stick for a replacement. Bobbie Brown needs to fix this issue with the eyeshadow stick, at this price I'll start looking for a similar cream eyeshadow stick.

Beautifully brightens lower lash line
I purchased Golden Pink to use as an eye brightener, lining my lower lash line (beneath the lashes) with it. My complexion is very pale, and I have brown eyes with dark lashes and silvery hair. I tried using it to line the upper lash line as well, then applying a taupe liner on top of it, but didn't like the slightly shimmery effect due to my age (in my late 60's). I felt it was too much "glow". That said, a younger woman could definitely use this shadow stick on the entire lid, or to line both upper and lower lash lines for brightening. (Be sure to smudge!) There is a tiny bit of shimmer to it but not THAT much. The pink isn't garish and bold; definitely has been muted with a bit of peach. I will be using this color all summer long and possibly even into the winter months. At my age, adding some "glow" in the eye area is a plus!

Great product
I tried both Bobbie Brown cream shadow stick and Laura Mercier caviar eye stick, I like 1 color from each brand.
I've tried Bark and Golden Bronze from Bobbie Brown but only keeping Violet Plum. Golden Bronze is a bit too pearl and Bark is too dark for everyday use. I like Violet Plum because it's a very nice and wearable smokey eye color. I like Laura Mericer Grey Pearl much better than Golden Bronze.

color sticks fall out of the holder
This would be a nice product if it weren’t for the product constantly falling out of the tube. I have 4 of these, 3 single color and 1 double ended with two colors. One stick broke while I was trying to apply it and the others constantly fall out of the tube. For the price, I expected better. The colors are nice and for me they blend pretty easily. I love the idea of the convenience of them. However, I’ve lost a bunch of the product due to breakage of the stick and the pieces falling out. Probably won’t buy them again.
